3. Anonymous Usage and Subscriptions
Vegan Oasis allows anonymous usage without requiring personal account creation. Premium features are managed through in-app subscriptions powered by RevenueCat. Your subscription is linked to your device or platform account (Apple ID or Google Play account) rather than a personal user account. We do not store personal identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it through support inquiries.
4. Use of the Service
Vegan Oasis provides a platform for photographing ingredient labels, analyzing products, and accessing vegan-related information. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
5. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the app, such as product reviews or photos. By submitting content, you grant Vegan Oasis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you submit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vegan Oasis, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Vegan Oasis or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Vegan Oasis, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We minimize data collection and do not require personal account creation for basic usage.
8. Disclaimers
Vegan Oasis is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Product information is provided by third parties and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegan Oasis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
10. Subscription and Payments
The app offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Available plans:
- Weekly subscription: $2.99 per week
- Annual subscription: $12.99 per year
- Lifetime purchase: $49.99 (one-time payment, non-renewing)
Free plan includes limited usage per month.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Vegan Oasis at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable location.
